Laws We Use

San Diego Coastkeeper uses a number of state and federal laws to fulfill its mission of preserving, protecting and enhancing marine sanctuaries, coastal estuaries, wetlands, watersheds, and bays from illegal dumping, hazardous spills, toxic discharges, and habitat degradation.
